This high-quality product, made from cold-worked, ribbed, electrically fused wire, ensures optimal steel use in concrete structures, reducing steel usage and leading to cost and time savings in construction projects.

The product is manufactured using advanced machinery and Tata Steel's stringent quality standards. The production process involves cold working to strengthen wire rods of low carbon steel (SAE1008 to 1015), applying ribbing for better concrete bonding and finishing with electric fusion welding. This welding process, conducted by a semi-automatic machine, ensures precise, durable connections through controlled heat.
