LRPC Wire Strand

The product is designed for critical structural applications, undergoing special treatment to minimise stress loss when embedded in concrete. The LRPC wire strand maintains excellent stress retention, ensuring consistent performance and longevity. It complies with international standards such as IS 14268, BS 5896, ASTM 416, and EN 10138-2/3, marking it reliable for significant infrastructure projects.It is commonly available in 9.6mm, 12.9mm and 15.2mm sizes. It can also be manufactured in other sizes as per customised order.

High Tensile Stress Relieved Steel Strand

The product is composed of three plies of 3mm diameter wire designed for reinforcement applications. Its high tensile strength and stress-relieved properties reduce residual stresses, enhancing durability and resistance to failure under repeated stress conditions. It is available in 3 ply of 3mm Wire Diameter size.

The product is uilised primarily for its substantial tensile strength, making it suitable for use as reinforcement in railway sleepers and the precast industry.

High Tensile as Drawn Single Wire

The product is manufactured for reinforcing Concrete Hume Pipes, pivotal in large-scale drinking water supply, drainage and sewage systems.Known for its high tensile properties, the wire enhances the durability and lifespan of concrete pipes, effectively withstanding environmental stress.

Pre-stress Wire (Stress Relieved Plain & Indented)

The product is manufactured in both plain and indented forms,essential for reinforcing structures that require high durability and stress resistance.Undergoing stress-relief processing, the wire retains structural integrity over time, preventing issues like cracking or creep. It complies with IS:1785 and IS:6003 standards, with additional adherence to BS, ASTM, and EN standards for versatility.
